Kent resides in Utah County, where he volunteers as a rescue worker. He is one of the three founders of the nationally recognized Utah County Sheriff Search and Rescue Team. He has held positions as Incident Commander, President, Training Officer and K-9 Sergeant. Kent is an enthusiastic ski mountaineer and outdoor adventurer.

Kent is one of America West Financial’s original Loan Officers. He joined America West Financial with 27 years of residential construction and real estate sales and development expertise. Kent fully understands all aspects of the home buying process and continues to educate himself with all current and available loan programs in this ever changing market. Kent specializes in the complicated self-employed borrower and all rental property financing.
